We use two Magicolor 3300 printers in our office. We have been extremely pleased with this unit. It makes great color prints relatively fast. It has duplex capability and is extremely efficient with toner. We buy refurbished units for spare parts and along with our wholesale pricing on toners, our cost is less than 5 cents per page. Black and White prints work out to be about 2 cents per page. We would highly recommend this printer.
We have been very pleased with the customer service as well. They have proven to be very helpful with technical issues and replacement parts. They'll even help with software issues beyond the warranty period.
Even though we've been very pleased and feel we have a good printer and value, we are not experts. We have had HP inkjets and a lower end Magicolor 2200. With all we've read about printing and cost per page costs, I'm confident we have a very cost effective unit with the 3300. Unfortunately the Magicolor 3300 is not available new any longer.
